With another new month, comes another wave of brilliant postings on our Opportunities Board. Start your September off right and apply for some of our top picks – from a part-time role at It’s Nice That to a commission for The Kusp, an incredible chance to gain a grant to make a music video and much more.

Grant for music video directors from Crack Magazine

Together with Burberry, Shure and the BFI, Crack Magazine have set up a brilliant incubator scheme for aspiring directors. This initiative is for unsigned talent aged 26 and under, with a focus on underrepresented groups.

Applicants are being offered the chance to be awarded a minimum of £12,000 budget to create a music video, and be paid London Living Wage throughout production (from pitch to delivery), which makes up around 6 to 8 weeks of work. The panel of judges includes some amazing music industry creatives, from rapper Flohio to director Oscar Hudson.

Part-time marketing role at It’s Nice That

The team at It’s Nice That are hiring! This is a part-time role, working with the marketing team as a partnerships and marketing executive. What does that mean? Well, you’d be the first point of contact for commercial partnerships with inspiring brands that work with It’s Nice That on some incredible projects.

You don’t need previous experience of this kind of work, but you do need to have a strong interest in creative business and the media industry, and be an organised, professional communicator, with a love of building relationships.
